‎1. Order Processing

‎We process and ship all orders within 4–10 business days after payment is received.

‎Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

‎During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

‎If your order experiences a significant delay, we will email you promptly  .


‎2. Same‑Day Dispatch

‎Orders received before 12 pm US time (Mon–Fri) may be dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

‎Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.


‎3. Shipping Methods & Costs

‎We offer a range of shipping options (standard, tracked, expedited) at checkout based on your location and order size.

‎Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

‎For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery  .


‎4. Tracking & Delivery

‎Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

‎Delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.


‎5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

‎Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.

‎Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address information may incur a restocking fee, deducted from any refund or credit.


‎6. Lost or Stolen Packages

‎We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier.

‎If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact your local postal authority to file a claim.


‎7. No Returns or Refunds (Final Sale)

‎All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, unless items are defective or not as described.

‎For defective or incorrect items, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.

‎We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before approving a replacement or refund  .

‎8. Out-of-Stock Items

‎If an item is out of stock, we will hold your full order until all items are available. Alternatively, contact us to request a partial shipment (items available now) and hold the remainder.
