1. Order Processing
We process and ship all orders within 4–10 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
If your order experiences a significant delay, we will email you promptly .
2. Same‑Day Dispatch
Orders received before 12 pm US time (Mon–Fri) may be dispatched the same day, subject to availability.
Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a range of shipping options (standard, tracked, expedited) at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery .
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address information may incur a restocking fee, deducted from any refund or credit.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact your local postal authority to file a claim.
7. No Returns or Refunds (Final Sale)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, unless items are defective or not as described.
For defective or incorrect items, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before approving a replacement or refund .
8. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will hold your full order until all items are available. Alternatively, contact us to request a partial shipment (items available now) and hold the remainder.
